In 2006, MTSI evolved from a logistics and construction company to providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services and has built a solid reputation serving our customers both domestically and internationally.

Headquartered in Dallas/Fort Worth, MTSI has satellite staff in San Antonio, West Texas, Darwin Aus, Northwest Arkansas. We are a multidiscipline team of innovative process, mechanical, electrical, civil and industrial engineers, program, project and construction managers, and health & safety experts, followed by solid field construction capabilities. • Oil  Field  Water  Reclamation  Facility  design  and  construction  to  capture  and  reuse produced  and  frac  water  significantly  reducing  transportation  and  fresh  water  costs. 
• Rapid  deployable  above  ground  storage  tank  process  to  reduce  initial  investment, water  transportation  costs,  and  impact  on  environment  during  the  fracing  process.
• Specialized  Bolted  Tank  Design  for  use  in  foreign  markets  built  with  low  skill  labor.
• Electrical Automation and  Control to ensure plants operate continuously and efficiently in a variety of environments.
• Water  Treatment  Systems  created  to  remove  salts  from  produced  water  and innovated  the  complete  removal  of  oil  from  water.
• Patented  Regional  LNG  Production  Facility  designed  to  meet  unique  fueling  needs and  significantly  reducing  bottom  line  fleet  fuel  cost.
• Created an all-in-one CNG Equipment skid for rapid implementation in the domestic and  international  markets.  Design,  install,  and  operate  CNG  facilities  for  municipal and  private  industries.
• Plug  Lift  Trailer  improves  rig  performance  by  enabling  the  timely  addition  of chemicals  down  hole  based  on  real  time  monitoring  of  drill  bit  data.
• Mobile  Chemical  Treatment  Tank  design  and  manufacturing  for  recycling  of contaminated  clear  fluids  yielding  substantial  cost  savings  in  applications  of immediate  need  or  temporary  basis.
